Call us on 0447 057 597 or email us at inkcartelcollective@outlook.com.au
Payment options?
We accept Afterpay, eftpos and cash.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are preferred, but we can facilitate walk-ins depending on the day and schedules of our artists. We can’t always guarantee an available spot for walk-ins, we recommended you call ahead prior to coming in so we can best assist you in getting your tattoo.
Do I have to leave a deposit to book an appointment?
Deposits are a must when going through with a booking. Deposits need to be made within 24hrs to confirm your booking. If we do not receive deposit after 24hrs your appointment time will be released. ( Please note that appointments under 4hrs require a minimum 20% deposit and anything above 4hrs will require a 50% deposit.) Please note that this FAQ is a policy that we legally abide by and is accepted by the individual upon booking their appointment.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, unfortunately this will cause you to loose your deposit. You can however reschedule your appointment at a minimum of 72 hours prior to your appointment time for bookings 4hrs and under. For appointments that are above 4hrs you are required to give a minimum 1 weeks notice otherwise the deposit of 50% will be forfeited and you will need to rebook and pay deposit again to secure time. Please contact via phone or email. All appointments can only be rescheduled once and can be no more than 6 weeks after original appointment otherwise deposit will be forfeited.(If artist of choice is heavily booked in advance we will discuss moving appointment to a further time case by case basis if it cannot be done within the 6 week period.) Please note that this FAQ is a policy that we legally abide by and is accepted by the individual upon booking their appointment.
